Do you know three great nembutsu kyogen of Kyoto though it is these days when the sunshine of spring is felt?<\/p>\n

In the last two years, while the event has been canceled due to the influence of the new coronavirus, there are also kyogens scheduled to be held this year.<\/p>\n

In this KoI letter, I will introduce three major Nembutsu kyogen.<\/p>\n

The three great nembutsu kyogen of Kyoto is a Saga large nembutsu trick of Mibu Large Nembutsu Kyogen and Seika-ji Temple (Saga Shakado) of The Enma-do Dainenbutsu Kyogen and Mibu-ji Temple.<\/p>\n

What are three great kyogen? It is also said that the origin dates back to the Kamakura period. Currently, it seems to be inherited by the preservation society.<\/p>\n

Nembutsu Kyogen is a silent drama of the teachings of Nembutsu by Yuzu Nembutsu, a middle-aged enthusiast of Yuzu Nembutsu. It has been done for 1,300 years.<\/p>\n

However, Enmado Dainenbutsu Kyogen is said to be a Kyogen with dialogue.<\/p>\n

Enmado Dainenbutsu Kyogen <\/h3>\n

\u3000Senbon Enmado, where the Enma King is enshrined as the principal idol, is officially called Injoji Temple because of the opening of Ono no Takamura.<\/p>\n

Originally, the King of Enma was merciful as an incarnation of Jizo, and the temple was always crowded with people from the towns he visited, and during the Muromachi period, Noh and Kyogen were also performed.<\/p>\n

Many people come to the familiar Nembutsu Kyogen performed with dialogue.<\/p>\n

Mibudera Dainenbutsu Kyogen <\/h3>\n

\nThe spring release of Mibu Kyogen, “Mibu Dainenbutsuji,” is a memorial service for Mibu-dera’s annual events, and Kyogen was originally used as a daytime work during the morning, noon, and night work (Gongyo). , Mibu Dainenbutsuji is dedicated to the Enmei Jizo Bodhisattva, the principal image of Mibu-dera Temple.<\/p>\n

This memorial service has been continued for about 700 years since the 2nd year of Shoan.<\/p>\n

In order for everyone to understand the religious nature, we hold a “Kechiganshiki” ceremony every year on the last night of the event.<\/p>\n
