Inari.<\/p>\n<p>Hatsuuma Taisai (Festival) is held at this popular spot on February 9th.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"style5b\">What&#8217;s Hatsuuma Taisai?<\/h5>\n<p>Hatsuuma Taisai was held on the first day of the horse in the second month of the lunar calendar, a day when it is said that the god of Inari descended upon Mt.
