Recommended Cherry  Blossom Spots."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The cherry blossoms usually bloom in the last week of March and the first two weeks of April in Kyoto.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nBarring any prolonged cold spells, the trees in Kyoto are likely to reach full bloom in early April.<br \/>\nJapan&#8217;s meteorological agency announced that the cherry blossoms started opening around in Kyoto.<br \/>\nThe blooms peak will be on April 5th.<br \/>\nSince cherry blossoms typically only stay on the trees for around ten days, or two weeks at most, everyone in Japan checks the cherry blossom forecast in springtime.<br \/>\nThat way, they can enjoy the cherry blossom season at its peak.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe ancient city of Kyoto bustles with tourist activity during cherry blossom season.<br \/>\nIf you avoid the crowds, we recommend you to visit the spots around 7:00 a.m. or just before the close hour of shrines and the temples.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThis time, we\u2019d like to share some free cherry blossoms spots in Kyoto.<br \/>\nYou would enjoy walking around there.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"style5b\">1.Philosopher\u2019s Path (\u54f2\u5b66\u306e\u9053, Tetsugaku no michi\uff09<\/h5>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/kyonaka-gozan.kyoto\/media\/koi\/sites\/10\/20190326-4-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3249\" \/><br \/>\nThe Philosopher\u2019s Path is one of the famous cherry blossoms spots in Kyoto and gets its name due to one of Japan\u2019s famous philosopher.<br \/>\nApproximately 2 km long, the path begins around Ginkakuji (Silver Pavilion) and ends to the area of Nanzenji.<br \/>\n500 cherry blossoms are along the canal and it makes a sakura tunnel.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nPlace:<br \/>\nThe path runs between Ginkakuji and the neighborhood of Nanenji.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nAccess\uff1a<br \/>\nCity Bus Head to Kiyomizudera, Gion, Ginkakuji (Line 100),<br \/>\nIn front of the bus stop \u201cGinkakuji-mae\u201d<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOther cherry trees spot of vicinty\uff1a<br \/>\nAnrakuji temple, Nanzenji temple<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"style5b\">2.The Keage Incline (\u8e74\u4e0a\u30a4\u30f3\u30af\u30e9\u30a4\u30f3)<\/h5>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/kyonaka-gozan.kyoto\/media\/koi\/sites\/10\/20190326_1-300x212.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3246\" \/><br \/>\nThe Keage Incline shows us a breathtaking scenery, with beautiful rows of cherry blossom trees on both sides of the railroad tracks.<br \/>\nThe slope is 582 meter long with railroad tracks and this length is the longest in the world.<br \/>\nThere are 90 cherry trees around there and the area is loved by locals and tourists.<br \/>\nDuring the cherry blossom seasons, there must be a lot of people even before dawn!<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nPlace\uff1a<br \/>\n\u3012605-0044 339, Higashi Komonoza cho, Higashiyama ku, Kyoto<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nAccess\uff1a<br \/>\n3 minute walk from Tozai Subway Line<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOther cherry trees spot of vicinty\uff1a<br \/>\nShogo&#8217;in monzeki, Heianjingu<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"style5b\">3.Gion Shirakawa\uff08\u7947\u5712\u3000\u767d\u5ddd\uff09<\/h5>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/kyonaka-gozan.kyoto\/media\/koi\/sites\/10\/20190326-2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3247\" \/><br \/>\nGion is Kyoto\u2019s most famous geisha district, located around Shijo Avenue between Yasaka Shrine in the east and the Kamo River in the west.<br \/>\nGion attracts tourists with its high concentration of traditional wooden machiya houses.<br \/>\nShirakawa Area runs along the Shirakawa canal parallel to Shijo Avenue.<br \/>\nThe canal is lined by willow trees and cherry trees.<br \/>\nThe trees get lit up at 18:00~22:00, from March 29th to April 7th.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nPlace\uff1a<br \/>\n\u3012605-0084\u3000Gion, Higashiyama ku, Kyoto<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nAccess\uff1a<br \/>\n3 minute walk from \u201cSanjo keihan\u201dst. on Tozai subway line<br \/>\n7 minute walk from \u201cGion\u201d by city bus<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOther cherry trees spot of vicinty\uff1a<br \/>\nKodaiji temple, Maruyama Park, Kiyomizudera temple<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"style5b\">4.
