\nAround 0:30 pm: Shinki festival cruise
\nAround 6 pm: Festival celebrating the return of a shintai to its main shrine

\n11 am: Taisai, or “grand \/ main festival”

\nThe beginning of the Awata Festival is 1001 years and has a history of more than 1,000 years.
\nIt is said that when the Gion Festival was not able to be held in the Muromachi period, the Awata Festival was said as a substitute festival.
